  1. NO, and soon as you try to apply they will know you are illegal and kick you out

    first thing they ask is when and where you entered Canada and you must show proof that you are here legally

    marrying a Canadian gives you no special treatment, go back to your country and apply the legal way and you may be OK

  3. No, you will not get permanent residence if you marry a Canadian.  And marrying as an illegal immigrant will put you in a very precarious position in terms of ever being approved for permanent residency as it will be obvious that the marriage is one of convenience.

  4. NO,Marring a Canadian is no guarantee that you will get permanent residence.Since  you are here illegal, you are already in an unfavourable position with the government and have reduced your odds.I hope they catch you soon, since once a deportation order is issued you have no chance at all.
