What exactly is your question?

If you have not attended classes since your arrival then you are out-of-status and have violated the conditions of your F1 visa. You are now illegal in the United States and if you have been out-of-status for more than 180 days but less than 12 months you will incurr an automatic 3 year ban from entering the U.S. If you have been out-of-status for 12 months or more, then you incurr an automatic ban of 10 years.

You are illegal in the United States, you must return home before you face serious problems. If you are caught the consequenses are much worse than leaving voluntarly.
