  1. heheh no if you've never worked in italy, you do not have to pay any taxes there... thats only logical. but on the other hand, you are not elligible for retirement pension from italy since no social security taxes have been paid and since you (i guess) never worked there.


  2. if you have worked in Italy , of course you may collect benefits from you jobs perfomed in Italy , you will have to contact them , where ? not sure ? but in your city would be a good start ,

    and if you worked in the US ? you also will get benefits from that ,

  3. no. go to www.travel.state.gov and see why. if you are dual they can then force you  serve obligitatory military time.

    it has happened. and you could have to pay taxes on your us retirement income in italy. go to www.ssa.gov and find the rules for dual collection there or call   1 800  772 1213.
