I am applying again for my pension from Ford Motor Company ?

Ford denied my pension because by not telling me i was not retired till after my retirement date and then denying my pension because i would not change the date on the buyout contract. How do I mitigate this?

  1. Can you reach your shop steward or union rep?  Try going up the line until you get an answer.  How about guys you worked with?


  2. Get a attorney on them and straighten them out.I was beat out of my whole retirement .Good luck.

  3. get a lawyer and then sue them for the cost..
