okay so now more in detail. basically in cross country season i overtrained (september to november). then i took plenty of time off and got back into it. all winter and spring ive been in terrible shape, felt lethargic, and not able to make my self sore (from workouts). i was tested positive for iron deficiency and my coach had me take time off because my times were sky rocketing but now my irons mostly back and i dont feel better.any suggestions on whats wrong with me?and also if this helps im tired a lot earlier at night
