I am asian(m/15) and have a pretty round face. Should I get bangs with the sides pretty much shaved off?

That would probably look prettttttty stupid. Just ask the hair dresser what would look good on you. Go for a cut that is easy to maintain. You don't want to be spending forever every morning to get it looking good.

go short, like shoulder length, but get tons andtons of lyers, and bangfs straight across your forehead

Well, I have a round face too. I prefer my hair long, with sideswept bangs (slightly heavier than normal).

No, No bangs ever with a round face. will only make you kook more round. You want to let it grow & wear all pulled back off the face, or to one side. Another good makeup trick is to apply your blush in an angle, starting at bottom of check bone down. Use a darker shade then normal to give your face a longer look..Good luck. Round faces are so good with short, neck lengths, haircuts. And it would look soooo good with part to the bangs.
