I am at Sec'bad railway station,can u guide me how to go to Vijayawada? Plz tell me Train name & Number &Time!

Trains are cumbersome for going to Vijaywada from Secunderabad. Rush immediately to Afzalgunj Bus Station and most probably there will be a bus ready to leave towards Vijaywada or past it.  hurry!

Around 1.30 pm there is a train also towards Vijaywada. u may try the train too.

There are Visaka   and Godhavari expres trains in the evening , both the trains leave around 5 pm  with a gap of around one hour between the two trains, and there are number of buses plying between Secunderbad and Vijayawada.

Don't tell my without phoning up you will go to Secundersbad

station and then you you ask some one to go that dy.

IF YOU TAKE TICKET AT ABOUT 9 PM OR 10 PM IT WILL TAKE YO EARLY MORNING TO VIJAYAWADA

Errr..yeah that dude is in India...Vijayvada is someplace down south. Dude when you walk into that train station, look for that huge black board they have with all the train names and times and routes. I dunno if where you are has one, you could walk up to the ticketing booth n ask a nice Indian Railway Personel....or as that other guy suggested, You could log into the Indian Railway webby. I know Calcutta station has that huge black board. Cause I visited India 2 yrs ago and saw that board.

Vijaywada routes by train are full fur a week now consider booking a Bus ticket fast else you will have to hitch hike to the place due to the festive weekend rush. wish you luck.Alternatively you may enquire ar the counter for east bound trains and seek reservation with the TTE 3 Tier AC and above may be available.

Please forgive me if I am wrong.  From the names, it sounds like you are in India, so I do not know for sure.  Here, in the USA, railway stations have ticket windows. The agent who is at the window is required to have this information, so that they can sell you the ticket.

If not, may I respectfully suggest that since you have a computer with internet access to ask this question (& get the answer) that you seek enlightenment on the website of the train company.
