I am attempting to bring a product to market, need help in getting to the right people, office or dept ?

At the following organizations: Walmart, Borders, Auto Zone, Carquest, Barnes & Noble. Any help that will point me in the right direction will be appreciated. I tried web pages but seem to only get more confused.
