A nice 2 piece suit and medium heels with jewelry that is not very showy and a simple hair-do. You don't want to appear like you have your nose stuck in the air or are too good to be in their presence, ya know? Just simple but enough to make the statement that you can handle yourself well.

A Suit. First impressions count.  Could make the difference between 12 months and 2 months!!!

A dark business suit, white cotton shirt, dark shoes and a minimum of make-up. Try to look and act in a professional manner. If very nervous, take deep breaths through your nose.

It's generally best to wear something dark and "sensible".  Remember that High Court judges are usually elderly.  Having said that, they've seen it all before and if you turned up dressed as a dalek, they probably wouldn't take any notice.

Smart dark and sober clothing will add to the effect that you are serious about suing the govt,keep any distracting jewellery to a minimum,you need the court and the judge and defence to be able to look you in the eye.

Do not get over done,its the govt,s funeral,so treat it as such !
