I am attending the races this weekend at doncaster, i was wondering if the tickets you purchase are just for?

I don't know that specific track, but I know every track that I have been to, it only covers entry. You need to purchase food and drinks separately.

You will have to pay extra for food, and believe me the food at the racecourses in GB is not cheap!  My best advice would be to take a picnic and eat that in the car park before you go in to the course.
