I am auditioning for the musical "The Boy Friend" and I want suggestions for a good audition song. Thoughts?

I would like the song to be of a similar style to the show, but it doesn’t have to be. I am an alto but I wan to show off my higher range and head voice and I have to be able to get my hands on the sheet music.

No music from the show it self. Other shows that I can't use:

Wicked

Rent

Phantom

Millie

Chicago

Annie Get Your Gun

Don't sing a song from anything that is currently on Broadway (and usually you want to stay away from "Memory" and anything from Les Miserables).

If you were to choose something from the list you have there, I'd pick a song from Thoroughly Modern Millie.  The time period is about the same for both shows.
