I am badly addicted of Japanese Drama. How can i get rid of this ?

I have been watching Japanese dramas with eng subs through Veoh.com(internet) for 2 months. During these two months I could not pay attention to studies. Now when i try to study I could not do this cuz I am under the addiction of dramas. I have tried a lot to get rid of dramas but if i do not watch dramas it seems i would die. What shud i do. Studies r very important to me. I am currently doing final yr BA.

Plz guide me how to get rid of dramas.
