Question:

I am banned on my GB licence for points can I apply for another licence in France and drive there?

I had a driving job but I have aquired over 12 penalty points for speeding and no insurence and have been banned for 6 months. I can't find any work here in England so I am thinking of going to France and to if I can drive over there and try to find work there until my ban is up.
