I am barely getting my own room i need to connect a computer in my room but there is no phone line?

just get your parents to have wireless internet access, and that you have either a wireless enabled laptop or a wireless adapter for your pc.

Walmart sells a device that you can plug into a wall power outlet and it converts that into a phone plug.  I think they are about $20 or $30 but it is worth it if you need a phone plug and you have no way of getting one.  Or you can buy a phone plug splitter and a roll of phone cable and run it from the closest plug to your room, into your room.  the second choice is the cheapest, but also involves more work.

If you have a phone line in your house you could use a wireless router. Walmart sells these in diffrent kinds. If you have a computer that uses a modem you could use the wireless router on that modem. Or buy a modem that has a wireless router built in. You will need to put a antenna on the back of your PC.
