I am behind on child support, can they take my financial aid grant refund check like my tax return?

They take all my tax return and even took my stimulus check this year. Do I get to keep my grant refund check to further my education or will Virginia and Ohio take that, too? Thanks,

as long as the grant is going towards school, they cannot take it.  But your refund check might be there's once they find out that you get one. the state finds every possible way to get their money.

If it is through the school so that you can go to school, then no, you will need to use it on school. You can go to jail though if you don't pay. Why not just pay each month.
