I am being underpaid in my work.i let my employer explain but it seems vague still. what will i do?>

my co workers got the real hours and get paid well. but when i see my paycheck i was really disapponited.to whom should i ask for an advice regarding compensation.

  1. maybe have another meeting and ask a "different" way.

    You should let them intimidate you. Its your job and your money. If you dont stand up for yourself. nobody will

  2. Try to look at this from the perspective of the employer. Their job is to make money doing whatever it is you do, and paying wages and salaries is just a necessary part. The things that will inspire an employer to pay you more are either fear of losing you to another job or belief that you will add more value if you are better compensated. That means you need to go out and get another job offer, or work with your manager to create an incentive plan if you meet certain goals. Arguing that coworkers make more is a dead end.
