I am british citizen, do i need visa to go in Australia?

i need to go in Australia to study for Acting, i am not sure because this is my first time i will travel in Australia, but i am not sure do i need any visa there to go or no or to go like a visitor

    and get one online.  Austrailia, I believe, is the only country that allows this to be done.
