  1. 5 3/4 yards will do the job and give you less than a 1/4 yard for waste.  If your forms are accurate you should be fine.

  2. You will have to order 5 3/4 yards if you are true to form order 6 yards to be on the safe side. the formula for the cubic yardage of concrete is as follows:

    lenght X width X height (divide by 27 )

    75ft. X 4ft. X .5 ( 6 inches ) (divided 27)

  3. Concrete comes by the yard so you would probably need 2 yards.
