  1. Since you are moving to another place in the same state, there will not be anything related to taxes.

    You need to get a No Objection certificate( NOC)  from the Registration Authority of Pune where the vehicle is intially registered.

    Along with the NOC, the additional documents that are required at BOMBAY for change of address would be

    1. Photo Identity and Signature Proof ( PAN Card / Passport)

    2. Address Proof ( of Bombay )

    3. Registration Certificate of Vehicle

    4. Valid Insurance Certificate

    5. Pollution Under Control (PUC ) Certificate
