if a guy stares at u when you arent looking and then u turn and look at him and he turns away does that mean he likes u

i think it does cause i would do that because when i liked this girl that i still kinda do i always would stare at her when she wasn't looking at me and i usually looked away  when she looked at me but after a while i started looking at her when she was looking at me

When a man really wants a relationship with a woman, he'll make eye contact and raise his head slightly--like nodding only upward.  If the man is staring and then looks away, he is either so shy that you don't want to mess with him (unless hideously shy is a big turn-on for you) or, more likely, he's having impure thoughts.  If you want a quickie, this might be the guy, if you want long-term stuff, look elsewhere.
