AB told I can talk english, i can walk english because english is a phuny language. First improve ur english then go for certification course. All the best

Try to improve your English. Join any certification courses like MCSA/MCSE,RHCE. Send your resume online to some job sites. I'm sure you'll have a good job soon. Good Luck

                        Your capability earned from experience is the key matter of confidence to stay on top of market, other skills and personality development you can  realize from society. as you a computer operator you are not aware to make how many spelling mistake in your question even system gives spell check facility,it is a living example of fault performance. so take serious and be prepare to give what your client ask.
