I am confuse why my parent gives most of their money to my older brother and expect only me to take care them?

Maybe you should tell them how you feel?  I think maybe your older brother is irresponsible and they are picking up his slack and your getting theirs.  If I were you I'd tell them and let them know your cutting off all communication, and your not helping any more.  I love you but this is not how the parent child relationship works.  Let your older brother stand on his own two feet!  A little hard love goes a long way.
