This is going to sound stupid, but I really am not sure. In high school, a computer lab is the same thing as the school library right? As in it is part of the library? And what if there was multiple computer labs on campus including the library, and the teacher said to meet in the computer lab tomorrow and didn't specify anything?Do I go to the school library then? I should of asked my teacher, but I forgot to, and no there is no one at this time that can contact to clear this up for me. I know this sound stupid to ask, but this is my first year in a public school and I always have attended a private school, and attended a alternative school for freshman year and transferred to public school for my sophomore year, so I am new to this whole big campus thing. So do you think you can clarify this for me? I'm simply asking, do I meet my class in the library when the teacher said to meet in the computer lab, and did not specify which one?

  1. In my public school, there was a seperate room for the computer room, and then the library. I would get to school a little early and ask someone where you would find the computer lab, and then meet there. :)

  2. no a computer lab is a different dept.

see if u can get a campus map for room locations

  3. This is going to sound almost too simple. Bring a map of the school tomorrow. Go into your teachers class before school starts, and just ask him which one. Highlight it on the map and you'll always remember which one is "the computer lab" to that teacher. If you get lost and end up late, just explain the situation to your teacher when you show up to class. He'll understand.

  4. Try to ask someone before class time.  Other students or teachers will know where it is.  If that's not possible, go to the library computer lab first then try to find out where it is if that is not correct.  Then, explain to your teacher what happened if you are late.  Don't skip the class though.  Your teacher should have made it clear where the computer lab is.

  5. Computer lab does not necessarily mean the library.  Just ask a teacher, aide, counselor, etc. in the morning where the computer lab is.  Someone is sure to be able to help.  Does your school have a website?  You may even be able to find the info on there if they do.  Did the teacher give you an email address or anything?  You can always email at any hour and may be lucky enough to get a response before school in the morning.  Good luck!

  6. thats tough sweetie..just go to the main office and ask which computer lab ur teacher assigned for your class. i know that in my h.s. teachers needed to sign out a computer lab for a certain time so the office should let u know which one. give them the period of class and teachers name u shud be good.
