I am considering a trip to Mumbai for 2 wks between Jun 15 & Aug 15. When is best according to the weather?

Because of the heat and the monsoons people have tried talking me out of this trip. But I really want to go. Is it THAT bad? Is there a time in that period that is more ideal? Because of my job, the summer months are the easiest time for me travel. Any advice??

july end to august 15th / rains are not bad like south india;       i hane managed 1978 to 1997 without umbrella.

The sweltering heat will drive you nuts. Its unbearable. Its also monsoons and a mess. The best time for mumbai is mid november to mid march. Most comfortable is from mid december to mid february. BON VOYAGE !
