  1. Maybe  an even trade for Texas????

    And a few cow bells?

  2. OFFER THEM RHODE ISLAND AND A LIFETIME SUPPLY OF MINT JELLY.

  3. It's an incredibly beautiful country so I hope you have very deep pockets...

  4. 24 dollars worth of beads

  5. A lot.  New Zealand is the same place that they filmed Lord of the Rings and it is beautiful.  Plus they have a lot of cows...  ;)

  6. I wouldn't if I were you - bad investment, Lord Of The Rings has come and gone, and nobody cares anymore.

Try looking at Greenland, then you can sue them for false advertising, and you might get it for free in a settlement, and possibly your fries too, but that depends upon how good your lawyer is.

  7. Offer them a nuclear power plant and several nuclear warships.

  8. Well, Cowie..... it is now "New" Zealand so I'm thinking, now mind you I'm just reaching, $ 127.34 how does that sound? hmm... yeah i say go ahead and grab those fries......

  9. You get a SUPER SIZE fry if you buy all of N.Z. AND some deep-fried kiwi to boot.

It might help the deal if you promise to keep Hobbiton as it is.

  10. Like fifty dollars...We've kind of let it go lately to the toothless broads at Waffle House

  11. Just offer them that thar cowbell..then the fries should be no problem =)

  12. I am selling a house in new Zealand give me a call we'll talk price oh and there's a hooters in the basement. major selling point. Disregard the triple murder and the fact that the house has more ghosts then a haunted cemetery

  13. Just so you know, there's a great one on the market with a Hooter's in the basement.

  14. About 28 bucks for the land. However they do have about 45 million sheep. I doubt the 435 people that live there would mind leaving. Well, half of them, the men, might mind.

I was there about 2 years ago and I'm still wondering about the beer I drank. Seemed rather warm and salty. Might have had something to do with the sheep.
