I am considering investing in a small incorporated company.

Question

Other then a investors prospectus, what other information should I ask for, considering they are asking for investors and shareholders?

audited financial statements.  business plan.  Information on customers/contracts/etc.  any Dun and Bradstreet reports if available.

any Presentations made to the board of directors or to other investors.  any previous valuation reports performed by consultants related to prior offerings.
