  1. You will if the state from which the business is located is a reciprocal state with yours.  Also if the scooter is of an engine size where it needs to be registered and plated, you will have to pay a sales tax on the amount of purchase, if you live in Indiana.  I can't attest to what other states laws require in that way.  I know that Indiana has some extremely greedy tax laws.


  2. Just so  you know most  scooter sold on line are nothing but trouble with no dealer back up.
