For the last few days I have had strange pulling sensations and light cramping in my lower abdomen. Also, I have been hungry non-stop, but I have no appetitie because I feel nausous. I have never been a big eater and I only eat when I am hungry. However, for the last few days I feel hungry even after I eat. Yes, there is a possibility I could be pregnant, but the pregnancy test I took today came out negative. With the first pregnancy, I had absolutely no pregnancy symptoms. I know that every pregnancy is different. My husband and I want another child but on a "if it happens" basis. I was assuming that if these feelings were because of pregnancy that my test would have shown so. However, if I was pregnant I would not be far enough along for any of this to happen. I am just sooo confused. Please any advice would be really appreciated.

  1. The physical symptoms you describe suggest a sort of abdominal muscle strain or tear. The added symptom of increased apetite could be a result of stress, or could be a simple change in lifestyle.

Pregnancy seems like a distant option, I rarely hear of so much physical discomfort so early in a pregnancy.

  2. Sometime people confuse being hungry with dehigration.  You should try to drink water with lemon before you eat and see if it stops your thought of hunger. Its is also possible that your body is depleted of some minerals or vitamins and since your body is unable  to tell you what vitamins it needs it will come off as hungry so try for a day eating healthy with a vitamin for women and see if that helps.  Good Luck
