You can create your own site and you can earn money by placing google ads and other advertisements on them.

You could look into stores and drop shipping. I used to sell on ebay and had an apartment full of stuff until I found out about drop shipping and switched to that.

I've been doing it for about a year and make pretty good money with it ($3-4k/month, which is pretty good depending where you live I guess) but you do have to put hard work into it. I work almost as much as anyone with a normal job, but I get to work at home :)
