I am creeped out by by this dream

I keep having a dream that British people are being slaughtered by soldiers , i live in Britain , it happens every now and then , and when i dream of things like this it usually happens , could it mean something else though ? ....

You have violent things happening every where in the world and without a lot of effort you can bring it all into your livingroom for you and your family to stuff in their brain.  You are internalizing the fear this violence causes.

Anything can cause dreams! Any little thing can get your mind thinking about stuff and it will never get out of your head because deep down there is a reason for it and no one is gonna tell you what it is for sure.
