Question:

I am currently 15 years old and 115 pounds and is okay at football.Any tips to get better so i can make pro.

  1. Eat a lot of protein. Wake up at like 2 o'clock and make a protein shake. Eat as much protein as you can handle. Eat it after you go to the gym with some carbs. A sandwich would be perfect. Either that or go get some roids.


  2. You need to get bigger! My older brother drinks protein shakes and gets more food when we eat out. Like instead of you getting one hamburger get two. Also I am not sure how fast you are, but definitely just go outside and run. You are going to spend almost your life on football. I am not even 14 and i am like 128... So yea. I am a HUGE football fan and I ask my dad to throw me passes about every day. That way i will work on my route running, catching, and running.

    my son is 10 there is a 9 year old on his team that weigh 100 and his in not very big

    you need to stay away from a football field before you get hurt  

    run long distance track or something else for rela skninny people


  4. Lift weights, your gonna need the muscle. Join other sports, don't sit at home watching TV. Run EVERYDAY. NEVER DRINK SODA. If you do, Drink Alot of water to "p" the sugar out. Don't eat too much sugar stuff. LISTEN TO YOUR COACH!!!! and practice 5 by 5 drills (If you know what those are). It'll help you.
