I have dried dead skin on the top of my belly button and I'm trying to pick it off. Is it harmful to the baby if i do that?

why not just use a moisturizer?

Nope...just pick it off and apply more moisturizer to your tummy or try palmer's anti-itch oil, that should help with the dry skin.
