You have 6 more years to grow, i don't think anyone can give you a concrete answer.  Sure you'll still grow, but how tall is anyone's guess.

You could ask your doctor if you have been going in for a yearly physical because he would have your chart for your height growth, and would show about how long you have been growing and how much longer you could be growing and at what rate that is, so just ask him.
