  1. HMMM... maybe try darn i really dont know where a good place to meet other moms is.. i would say daycare but your child is staying home with you.. maybe your husbands co workers might have some wives that have children.. try throwing a party for his coworkers and invite their wives and children..

  2. try joining myspace mommy groups or there's a website cafemom.com and you can search for mom's in your area! or try mommy and me classes in your area.

  3. get involved in the community, volunteer somewhere...dont know where you are but in the usa we have ymca's that you can volunteer at. Just do not make the computer your outselt...it can lead to greater problems for your marraige later as it did with mine...it started as an outlet for her...then turned into online s*x, relationships and she is now lost in teh virtual world and reality is not even that real to her anymore....ended up in divoorce

  4. tell them how u feel

  5. aaa yes I remember how that felt. With only your baby for company. and all other friends working or not have kids yet. Well my advise would be to try and find playgroups or Moms and Baby groups where there is other mom's. Allot of the friendships you form in life is friends you make with other Mom's. Also chatting online or answering and asking question here believe it or not...but it makes you feel less lonely. Hope it helped.

  6. blog!!!

I was the same way when I had my first daughter, I was online all the time just looking in different areas and chatting with everyone it got interesting and then boring after a while.  then joined a a stay at home mom club and that was cool until i started work.  There's lots of clubs out there for you and your child!

  7. Are you church people regardless of you religion most church's have an adult group. On line groups like the one I found below help with the crazy stuff and chit chat. Me!! I'm a grieving father. Luck

  8. well i think you found an outlet here on the internet. you cant really go out since you have a baby so this is the next best thing. ive always been curious about that myspace site, "cafemom". i would check that out if i were you. what about putting your baby in a part-time day care sitch? maybe 3-4 hours a day and you can meet those moms.

  9. YEAH!!!!!!  A mother who stays at home with her kids!!!!  There so rare today. I give you alot of credit. It's the toughest job I think on the planet. A child actually being raised by his mother. WOW  AWESOME!! I stayed home with my kids too when they were little. And I'm glad I did. ANYWAY<   I would try and get my child invoved with some sort of activity. You know there'll be other parents around as well. So maybe you can make friends there. Good luck. I loved staying home with my children. I'm glad you are too. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

  10. Call a few of your local churches and find a MOPS group to meet with. It's a national organization with a website too - so check this out. You can also meet other moms through programs for little ones through the park district. If you don't already start attending a church where there are alot of moms - that's how I've met many of my mom friends.

  11. go out and do things...like a mommy and me class, or gumboree class in your area, or to a park...those are great places to meet other moms.

  12. Try talking with you neighbors or meet other moms at groups :)

  13. Find a group that caters for children . Join it and talk to the other mothers. You will meet a cross-section of society and make friends, if you wish.

You will all have one interest at least in common: the welfare of your children. Friendships formed in situations lke that are generally life-long, since the children will always be there as a focus.

  14. You could go to play groups and meet other mums.
