I have a BA degree in Human Resource Management and my Honours in Industrial Psychology. I have 1 years experience in HR at The Royal Bank of Scotland. I am unfamiliar with the currency in Dubai and am not sure what would be a fair salary to expect. Can anyone please help me. Thanks.

  6. The currency in Dubai is Dirhams (AED). The salary is mainly depending on the nationality and the type of company. US, Europe and Australian passport holders can expect a higher salary.

However, you must focus on the total package instead of just salary. In Dubai you can ask for accommodation or an allowance, school fees for children etc. You must decide the salary based on your requirements, objectives and cost of living in Dubai.
