I am currently taking introduction to astronomy in college--?

the book i'm using is a "thomsonedu.com" based book. it comes with a registration code so that you can access different labs and virtual additives. the problem is, once i access thomsonedu.com it won't let me get into the "thomsonNOW" section so i can get to those virtual simulations. anyone have a clue about this?

Are you sure that is the correct website?  When I go to that website, it redirects me to cengagelearning.com and there is nothing even remotely close to what you are talking about.  Please type the full website address and then I'll see if I can help you out.
