I am currently taking levothroxyin 100mcg for hypothyroidism. Can I also take a Kelp supplement?

i think the kelp is okay, but dont use soy products or fish oil products because those can lessen the effects of your prescription

My daughter takes 112mcg levothyroxine...pretty much the same dose as you.  Kelp is not listed in the Drug Interactions section of her prescription information as anything that will interfere or cause an adverse affect. I believe it is safe to take it.

yes. any type of sea greens are fine along with thyroid meds. (as long as  you're not allergic)
