  1. Snap.

Though the Labour party don't seem to be too keen on him either (according to tabloids).

Perhaps as a kind of compensation we'll get a fair vote on who is the next Prime Minister..

  2. well people in labour are trying to get rid of him as leader!!

  3. Don't worry Wat there's 60 million others who feel the same way.

  4. Do it yourself - just re-invent the Raving Monster Loony Party and put yourself in charge as sadly Lord Sutch has passed away.

There can be no better answer!!

  5. In the 1970’s we had a right wing capitalist Tory Party and a left wing Socialist Labour Party. We also had the Lib Dems who were and seem still to be neither here nor there. But we had a choice. There were also very few minority parties to affect the voting of the majority. Now we have a right wing capitalist Tory Party and a right wing capitalist New Labour Party, with the Lib Dems still on the fence. Add to that the plethora of fringe parties attracting voters disillusioned with the Big 2 and we have a system that doesn’t give any real choice. So stop worrying whether it will be Gordon Brown or some other right wing New Labour traitor or David Cameron with his right wing fascists that will s***w you. Until we have real change in the political system so that you don’t need to vote tactically, so a representative party really reflects the will of the people as opposed to a non-representative party elected by a minority of the electorate winning the most seats in parliament we are going to be screwed. Get used to it.

    Edit:

    Quote Rise again Wat Tyler

“Carcass - I believe new labour will be the 3rd party behind either a UKIP or BNP opposition at the next election. The waiting is too much though. And if Cameron wins at least there'll be some new ideas and dynamism in the government with a bit more truth”

You’re a little naïve if you believe these things to be so. Firstly, all major parties have a hard core following and it is the floating voters that decide Government. That is why we do not see Labour politicians in hardcore Labour areas or Tory politicians in hardcore Tory areas. They know they can rely on the vote and don’t waste time there. Many of these ‘floating voters’ do not see parties such as UKIP and BNP as likely to win and don’t want to waste their vote, so they stick with the big 2. That is how our political system keeps us in a constant loop. The big 2 know it and won’t change it. The trend now is to use computer modelling, imported from the US to tell politicians where to target for the most chance of gaining votes. I mention this just to highlight how little politics is to do with people and more to do with power and wealth.

As for Cameron winning the next election. Don’t be fooled. If Cameron wins we will continue the current trend to crush ordinary people for the benefit of the wealthy. There will be no change, no new ideas just a rehashing of what we already have. And truth? I have yet to hear a politician answer a question with a simple ‘yes’ or ‘no’. This is purely so that when they renege on their promises they can twist their words and say ‘but I didn’t say that. If you look at what I actually said…’

And I’d like to add this thought. Why is Cameron not vehemently following up on attacks on Gordon Brown? Because he doesn’t want to see him ousted as Labour leader. He knows with Gordon there, his job at the next election is so much easier. With a new leader, Labour has a chance to woo the voters again.

No, there will be no change at the next election. Labour will pull victory from the jaws of defeat or Cameron will fool most of us most of the time.

  6. Ummm...have you seen/heard George W. Bush lately? Just be glad you're not over here.
