I am diploma holder,I want go for higher studies but i cant leave the job.what are the option for me?

mechanical diploma holder,working environment related dept.i heard something about ICFAI MBA,can i go for it...or any other option ...which can valid all over the world.

There are online classes but you must be careful of the diploma mills out there since not many online schools are actually accredited or recognized.

The other option is to study part-time. Many universities offer part-time MBA's and other degrees. This would be the best way to go.

As for being valid all over the world - there is no such thing. Most western-European countries, Canada, the U.S, Australia and New Zealand will recognized degrees from each other. However they may not be the direct equivilent in each other's countries and so additional education may be required.

But they key problem remains with the employers, they tend to not recognized in the sense that they do not understand what a degree from another country is.
