The process is slightly different in each country.  You must go to the nearest airport that has a flight school and talk to the flight instructors there.  They can tell you what you need to know.

if ur doin aeronautical , pls tell me wer!

after BE u can apply to any flyin school , and do get ur Class II medical as soon as possible.
