There is a lot of sites out there with great looking pre-designed PowerPoint templates. The best in my opinion, and also the most affordable is a site that I have been using a lot:

They not only have PowerPoint Templates, but also prodive MS Word Templates that goes with your PowerPoint. It helps to get both. Then you can do your presentation and give a look-alike hand-out afterwards.  Try them.
