if there are more resycling bins

there is more of a chance people will recycle

thus less recyclable items in the landfills

and the state actually gains more money

because there is an X amount of trash aloud in the landfills

and the state has to pay if it goes over the limit.

and all the plastic/glass gets reused instead of very slowly disinagrating in the dump.

less harmful things end up in the oceans and harming other

animals that might encounter these items if they were

left on the ground at parks.
