I am doing a report on traditional meals in Egypt?

I am doing a report on traditional meals in Egypt. Who eats them and when. If you are Egyptian or know any of this could you please help me out?

we eat them....we > Egyptians :D

OK....Breakfast : the most common food Egyptians have for breakfast is Foul ( beans ) & Falafel ( I think you know falafel ) , boiled eggs , white cheese , French fries , some people ( specially workers ) eat fried & sliced eggplants , all the previous are served with bread ( mostly full wheat bread ).

Lunch : unlike the USA & Europe , lunch is the main & the biggest meal in Egypt not dinner.

the most popular dishes : Molokhiyah , Fetta , Mahashy ( vegetables stuffed with rice & minced meat ) & > cooked vegetables with tomato sauce & red meat ( usually called Tabikh & mostly served with rice).

and we have traditional recipes for cooking seafood.

Dinner : could be anything like breakfast foods  + yoghurt , milk , cheese , fruits , jam , Halawa ( a type of sweets )...etc.

we have special foods for special occations such as :

in Ramadan ( the holy month when we fast for 30 days ) there are 3 main types of sweets which give that month a special feeling , Khoushaf ( dates with nuts & other stuff saturated in milk ) Kounafa & Qataif.

1)brakfast...fool&falafel&frensh fries,,white cheese with tomatto,,boiled or fried eggs

2)lunch....fatta with meat,,,molokheyya with rabbits

3)dinner..koshary,,liver,,,kofta

Egyptian food stuff are not always healthy you have the traditional brown fava beans called فول  

and then you also have koshari which is a mix of boiled Macroni , beans,boiled rice , fried onions and sometimes espaggiti . they also add hot sauce and tomato paste to it.and then you have pickeled fish which some Egyptians feel disgusting

Unfortunately my friend Freewell ( he is TC here in Egypt section ) has a problem with his diaper otherwise he would surely be so kind to answer your question. But I guess he eats sheeps and goats since two of the whining always about it in the Frankfurt section.
