1) you have sufficient bottled water? how many gallons? During last year’s hurricane season we had four cases of drinking water plus 60 gallons of water in tubs (in the bathroom to flush toilets) and an additional 50 gallons of tap water for cooking and washing.

2)you have sufficient canned /dry food supplies? for how many days?  I have enough canned for two weeks.

3) do you have a first aid KIt? Yes, four in fact

4) do you have a flashlight with sufficient batteries? Yes

5)do you have a radio with sufficient batteries? Yes. I also have a radio that has a hand crank in case batteries run out.

6)what radio station would you listen to for information?  News station

7) how many days do you think it would take until the state or national Guard could help ? the red cross or salvation Army? Plan on two weeks.

8)do you have an escape plan from your house or work? Depends on where the hurricane is coming from

9)do you have a meeting site for you and your family? Yes

10)where would you live if your house was damaged? Hotel?
