i would like to know how i can become a coucelor....

and what can i do with my degree that does not entail residential work...plz....its been on my mind a awful lot lately

enroll yourself with any NGO working for HIV/AIDS awareness, you can get work as a family counselor or individual counselor.

well as far as non-residential work goes,

after you finish your degree you can look up worldvision.org

they hire social degree graduates.

you can work on the field, rather than a residential set up, in places like Africa, Asia or among at risk groups in the US and UK.
