Question:

I am doing dance for gcse, my theme is memories, what music could i use??

the music cannot have any vocals in it or be from the charts. i would prefer music with a piano :P

  1. Why don't you try The Heart Asks Pleasure First by Michael Nyman. It is from the film The Piano, so is quite well known, but there are no vocals, it is not in the charts and it is played on a piano. I think it fits really well with your theme and it has some really interesting rhythmic and mood changes, but none that would be too hard to choreograph around.     If you want something a bit lighter, why not chose this theme from the film Badlands. It isn't on a piano, but it really is lovely:

    If you don't like either of these, why don't you think of a film you like and look up the music (odds are it will be on Youtube!) or even a TV programme, as they often have really good music without words but lots of emotion to reflect the action on screen.
