I am doing frequent bathroom visits for number 2's; Does this happen to a growing man? ?

Usually from then on, I get this upset feeling in my stomach and my *** (like having diarrhea) and and I go to the bathroom to do number 2s a couple of times per day. Does this really happen when a young man is growing? I am 19 years old and am less than 7 months shy of my 20th birthday, I don't think it's something I ate, I also go to the bathroom to do number 2's especially after I eat a meal or whatsoever. Sometimes I get up in the middle of the night, morning, or a couple of times before going to bed. Is this normal for a growing man? Is my colon growing or whatsoever? Tell me what you know.

No, that's not normal.  Most people go once a day.  You really need to consult your doctor.  you may have a condition called Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).  Here's a link for more info, but please see your doctor

You may have irritable bowel syndrome but it also may be normal. Your body may be changing. My brother goes after every meal. I go once in the AM and many times after dinner in the PM. My anatomy fails me but there is a nerve that is stimulated when the stomach is full. When that happens you have the urge to defecate. You can ignore that signal or go to the bathroom.

You also said that you did not think it was something you ate. Are you sure? A friend of mine became allergic to milk in college and I became allergic to apples in college. No hives or anaphylaxis but it did a number on our bowels.

You never mentioned stress levels. It could be related to increased stress levels.

My advice is to talk to a health professional. If you are in college, you could go to the campus clinic. If you have health insurance, most offer free nurse advice lines that can help you (ph # on the back of the card). If it is really bothersome, go see a doctor.
