I doubt it.  I drink way more than that and I've been sexually active for years (I'm 30).  If it'll affect anything sexually, it'll probably be your potency.  Then again, one bottle of beer might actually be good for you.

have been drinking a heck of a lot more than just a bottle of beer a week for over 12 years, my girlfriends' have never complained so safe to say your fine its not gonna effect your sexual health.
