I am due on March 11th, 2009. What was my date of conception?

Question

I have never been good at tracking my cycle and I suffered a miscarriage on May 26th. I never had a period after that and got pregnant. How can i calculate my date of conception? Everything I find on-line just tells me how to calculate my due date and I already know that. Please help me!

Wednesday, June 18, 2008 - Conception Occurred:

(about two weeks after last menstrual period)

Wednesday, August 27, 2008 - First Trimester Ends  (12 weeks)

Wednesday, December 10, 2008 - Second Trimester End

June 4, 2008 - Date of last menstrual period

Today Aug 25th you are 11 5/7 weeks

Try going to amazingbaby.com. You can put in your due date and it will give you a conception date but its based on 28 day cycles.

I have one of those wheels that OBs have and when set to a delivery date of 3/11, it gives "probable date of conception" as June 17.  Of course, it's based on guidelines and your exact dates may differ.

As it takes approximately 9 months for a baby to gestate, your date of conception would have been approximately June 11th, 2008. Find the date closest to that which you had unprotected s*x on, and you probably have your date of conception.

Most likely, June 3 2008.  Human gestation is about 280 days or 40 weeks.  Rather than subtracting 40 weeks, you can just add 12 weeks to the due date; it's close enough and less tedious.
