I am earning $7-$10 a day from my blog.. How can i earn more?

I have my blog http://ultimate-proxy.blogspot.com which provides a list of free proxy servers to hide your ip address & to hide on the web for secure browsing. I have installed AdBrite Ads in my site(there is a referral AdBrite publishing network on my blog, anyone can join it & start earning) which fetches me $7-$10 a day. Can anyone tell me any other publishing networks like AdBrite from which i may earn more? Please dont tell me about Google AdSense, because i have applied it since 3 months but still its not been approved. I am tired of this AdSense. Please anyone help me with the publishing networks!!

1] I suggest http://www.sellit-right.com – they accept Biz, general, products, blogs listings etc-The list goes on!. Sign-up is easy and no ‘confirm email’ needed which is good! They also have a great referral programme. Join others there now.

2] Create blogs accept comments, and links.

3] Add url to web directories too.

Google has some excellent free tools to promote your blog and get it better indexed in search engines. webmaster and site submission tools which are free.. Google AdWords is another program to get more visitors but is not free..

$200-300/mo for "blogging" is pretty good money - you would have to do some off website marketing to get more people to check out your blog probably
